Can I cancel my order?If you decide to cancel your order after you have paid, you can do so if the order hasn't already been dispatched. Please contact us immediately with your order number. Please be aware that for each order cancelled, a 30% cancellation fee applies to the product(s) purchased. If your order has not been shipped at the time of cancellation, the shipping fee will be refunded in full. We are unable to cancel an order which is already in transit with the courier. If you are unsure on a purchase, please contact our team before purchasing so our team can help answer any questions.

Why do you charge a cancellation fee?Each order cancelled is a cost to our business, and take time for our team to process. We are aware that orders may be placed in the heat of the moment, but respectfully ask that orders are placed only when you intend to proceed with the purchase. Our team are available to help answer any questions you have before making your purchase.

What is your product warranty?Our warranty policy covers products for 30 days from the date of purchase, unless another warranty period is specified by the manufacturer. In which case, the manufacturer's warranty period takes precedent. It covers faults and defects that occur due to manufacturer failure. Damage or faults that occur as a result of misuse, accident or general wear and tear, are not covered by our warranty policy. We will endeavour to replace your faulty product with the same or similar model. Alternatively, a store credit will be issued to the same value of the faulty product, to redeem towards another product of your choice.

Can I exchange or refund a product?Please choose carefully when making a purchase. Due to the intimate nature of the products, we do not accept refunds or exchanges on any product unless you received the wrong item by mistake, or the exchange is covered under the Fair Trade Act.

What is your returns policy?Due to the intimate nature of the products we sell, we do not accept returns for change of mind purposes. We will however accept returns for specific circumstances such as a manufacturing fault. Please refer to our detailed Returns Policy on the top tab of our website.

What if I am not happy with the product or is not as expected?Due to the intimate nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns, refunds or exchanges due to change of mind or dissatisfaction. We value the health and wellbeing of our customers and guarantee that our products are new and shipped directly from our facility to you. True to our high level of customer service, we will always endeavour to keep our customers happy and satisfied.
